Digital Marketing Manager
Summary
Lead and execute digital marketing strategy across all marketing channels and continue to grow brand awareness for SCN products. Drive new user acquisition with a strong focus on content marketing (email, social, etc.) Report insights, analysis and recommendations to VP Marketing.
Responsibilities
:Contribute to the development and growth of marketing channels (online and offline) as well as strategic partnerships (e.g. Mobilizer centers, PBA, professional bowlers, etc.)
:Optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
:Create and manage content for appboy. Ensure content is consistent and continually optimize lifecycle email flow via A/B testing (product offers, promo codes, messaging), customer segmentation, and detailed customer profiling.
:Consistently analyze campaign data (Sprout Social, Mailchimp, appboy, Zendesk, etc.) and app/web engagement via Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc. Communicate recommendations to product and tech teams based on analysis and findings.
:Create and distribute daily content on social channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube) via Sprout Social; set content calendar, establish KPIs, analyze and report on social trends, run paid campaigns as necessary
:Measure and report performance of digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs); includes email marketing, social campaigns, push notifications, etc.
:Coordinate creative development efforts to support digital campaigns in order to drive new members to SCN Bowling platform
:Support other marketing efforts (Mobilizer) and special promotions as necessary; establish digital strategy, create original content and images, and run campaigns
:Ensure consistency of brand messaging/voice across marketing channels (online and offline), print collateral, training materials, etc. Improve the usability, design, content and conversion of all company website (SCN, Action Bowling)
Qualifications
:5+ years experience in digital marketing, preferably in a tech startup environment
:Excellent written and verbal communication skills
:You are a details person. Spelling and grammatical errors never get by you.
:You love data, and when possible, base all of your decisions on the data you collect.
:You have experience with email marketing and a passion for developing compelling content across multiple marketing channels.
:You have strong project management skills and are comfortable working cross functionally with tech, operations, and sales to make sure marketing initiatives are aligned.
Bonus Points
You have experience with Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or other analytics platforms.
You have experience with CRM, like appboy or Leanplum.
You have working knowledge of HTML/CSS.
